UsePDFQuick provides free, browser-based PDF tools, starting with Merge PDF. The tools run entirely in your web browser — files you upload are processed on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you don’t have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass any technical limitation of the Service.

The Service does not require you to create an account, and we do not claim any ownership over the files you process. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your files at all times.

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will be free of defects.

Always keep a backup of your original files before processing them. You are responsible for verifying the output meets your needs before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UsePDFQuick and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The UsePDFQuick name, logo, and site design are the property of UsePDFQuick. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond fair use.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by UsePDFQuick. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
